Post workout lunch is baked sweet potato and veggies! I also had a chocolate protein shake while this was cooking. To make the veggies I just sprayed them in coconut oil and seasoned with mrs. Dash Italian seasoning. Then put in the oven at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes!
